You can just call us at (306) 242-0000 or you can also mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Pickup Address and Phone no. or you can just ask the driver to provide you the slip.
You can make bookings using our mobile app, on our website or contact our At Your Service Centre on (306) 242-0000.
Shortly before the journey is booked to start, we will send you an SMS message with your driver’s details, including their contact number and the make and model of the vehicle. You will then be able to track your driver through the link sent to via SMS.
If you think you have lost an item in one of our vehicles, we will use reasonable efforts locate the item and, if found, securely store the property for 1 month. You can contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and one of our team will be happy to help.
If your driver has been allocated to you for less than five minutes when you cancel the booking, there will be no charge/cancellation fee.
The waiting time totaly depends on the availabilty of the cabs in your area. The minimum waiting time is 5-10 minutes.
You can track your driver on our mobile app or from the link in the SMS message sent to you when your driver is on their way. If you haven’t received this message and want an update on your booking, you can call our At Your Service Centre on (306) 242-0000.
